Description We are seeking a PC Technician in Houston, Texas, 77075, United States. This role involves troubleshooting software, handling computer hardware, and managing customer inquiries. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and will be beneficial for those with experience in ZOHO, DAS, and Lenovo.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to maintain business productivity.
• Handle and process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action if needed.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Operate and manage Linux Technologies, Mac Computers, and Active Directory.
• Perform backup technologies and cable installation for system maintenance.
• Manage Apple devices and Dell technologies to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct AB testing for software development.
• Utilize IBM technologies for system operations and improvements. Requirements • Proficiency in Computer Hardware is mandatory
• Knowledge of Dell Technologies is required
• Familiarity with IBM systems is essential
• Experience with Linux Technologies is necessary
• Proficiency in using Mac Computers is required
• Must have experience with AB Testing
• Active Directory skills are necessary for this role
• Experience with Apple Devices is a plus
• Knowledge of Backup Technologies is required
