Our client is seeking to permanent a highly-efficient Senior Billing Lead (Must have PORTAL invoicing and Credit experience. The ideal candidate will process portal invoices and billing in a high-volume work environment billing processes effectively and maintain accurate records of all billable matters affecting our clients. This critical role oversees the entire billing process from customer account setup, portal invoicing to payment collection and trade references confirmation. Responsibilities for Senior Billing (Portal invoicing) with Credit 1. Oversee a high-volume billing system; generate, send out, and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 2. Set up and manage customer accounts on our portal; make appropriate adjustments when necessary. 3. Respond to credit requests promptly; verify and document all incoming credit requests. 4. Contact clients to obtain trade references and follow-up on missing or late payments. 5. Manage the credit card payments process; resolve any arising issues connected with credit card billing or payments. 6. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all billing activities. 7. Use Microsoft Excel and other tools to create reports, track billing, and carry out other financial analyses. 8. Keep abreast of any new regulations or laws that might affect the billing process. 9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing. 10. Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries regarding billing and collections.

Requirements Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a high-volume billing environment. 3. Strong understanding of billing and financial concepts. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other finance software. 5. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. 6. Strong communication and leadership skills. 7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. 8. Ability to troubleshoot billing issues effectively. 9. Knowledge of credit card payment process with strong accuracy and efficiency. The Senior Billing Lead with Credit will provide pivotal financial and administrative support to our team and clients. A successful candidate will be able to improve our billing processes and ensure that we deliver superior customer service.
