Robert Half Project Manager in Houston, Texas
Description Client in the North area of Houston is currently seeking an experienced, highly skilled and Degreed Project Manager, with a deep understanding of the manufacturing and construction industries to lead and advance our complex projects.
Responsibilities:
Managing all aspects of the project including budget, schedule, and scope.
Leading project teams and ensuring optimal productivity and team performance.
Using advanced project management software to track project progress and deliver results.
Engaging and maintaining a high level of communication with project stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
Conducting risk assessments and developing robust mitigation strategies.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
10+ years of progressive experience in project management, specifically within the manufacturing and construction industries.
A proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects from initiation to completion.
Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar.
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey project details to various stakeholders.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Requirements • Minimum of 10 years experience in a Project Management role • Proven skills in Project Management • Experience in the Manufacturing or Construction is required • Bachelor's degree • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • PMP certification is a plus
