Description We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join an existing team working onsite with local client. This long-term contract / temporary to hire employment opportunity is based in the Houston, Texas area. Directs deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner- Gives a hand to manage dependencies among cross-product teams
Present detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, project status, and milestone completion
Interacts with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
Help the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
Schedules and runs the sprint planning and grooming meetings and tracks ticket assignments
Helps to identify, classify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests
Works closely together and communicates with developers, designers, stakeholders, and technical team members
Leads project planning
Establishes the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
Combines info from QA leads, technical leads, and business analysts into ideas
Cooperate closely with the Product Specialist, QA Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner/Product Manager
Assists the Product Owner/Product Manager to guarantee that the product vision and high-level business objectives are obvious and possible
Secure that the functional requirements are achievable, tracked, and met
Eventuates and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
Confirms project with suitable ticket workflows and boards
Administers the daily stand-ups, securing they are brief, timely, and focused
Serves as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively
Develops schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines
Coordinates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap Requirements - You could be a good applicant for this position if you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies
- Candidates with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools will be the best fit for this position

Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience
Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
