Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the bustling region of Houston, Texas, 77032, United States. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, managing all front desk activities. In this fast-paced industry, you will be tasked with ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of inquiries, while maintaining meticulous attention to details.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all reception desk tasks, ensuring effective communication and detail-oriented service.
• Promptly respond to all inquiries and requests, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage detailed records and information with high accuracy.
• Perform additional receptionist duties as needed, maintaining an organized and efficient front office.
• Utilize strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role as a Receptionist
• Excellent knowledge of Receptionist Duties
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to adapt to changing work environment and demands
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
