Robert Half International Sales Administrative Assistant in Houston, Texas


A company in North Houston is in need of a Sales Admin to cover for their employee who is going out on Medical Leave. This position will start on January 4, 2021 and go through July 2021. Duties include data entry in CRM system, building quotes, coordinate trade shows, communication with customers and preparation of meeting packets and other documents. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and have experience in the oil & gas industry. Please send your resume to if you are interested in this long term temporary position!


  • College Degree (Marketing or communications preferred)

  • 2 years minimum relevant experience

  • Excellent communication & writing skills

  • CRM software proficiency

  • Microsoft Office, with an emphasis in Excel and strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Word


  • Experience with Dynamics CRM

  • Experience in Oil & Gas industry

  • Customer service experience
