Description
Senior analyst, corporate strategy! Shad Lira at Robert Half is working with a Houston based company that has a hand directly involved in the renewables industry. This Senior Analyst role will build and maintain commercial and financial models, including valuation analysis and scenarios, to inform and support the company’s strategy, develop various types of financial for capital raising transactions, mergers and acquisitions, perform and support due diligence and administration of live transactions, support leadership with rigorous data analysis to validate strategic concepts and evaluate key organizational questions, framing and structuring disparate ideas and information to make them concrete and actionable, assist in conducting in-depth market research by pulling data from multiple data providers. Utilizing the data to develop in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses of current market trends, competitor insights, potential sources of disruption, policy and regulatory outlooks, macroeconomic trends, etc., to provide sound recommendations that inform company strategy. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree, 3 plus year’s corporate finance experience, advanced analytical tools and strong technical knowledge.
