We are currently seeking a skilled Software Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to understand requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C#, .Net Core, Angular or React, and SQL.
Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze software requirements.
Participate in the full software development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure software functionality, performance, and reliability.
Optimize and enhance existing software applications to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues reported by end-users or identified during testing.
Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in software development.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Software Developer, preferably in the oil and gas industry or a related domain.
Strong proficiency in C#, .Net Core, Angular or React, and SQL.
Solid understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with database design and development using SQL Server or a similar relational database management system.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of software testing methodologies and experience with unit testing frameworks.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software applications.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
