Our client in the Galleria area is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. This role is 100% onsite and will require overtime during month end close. Please apply today if you are interested.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations

• Conduct monthly financial close processes and create journal entries

• Manage and execute AP check runs

• Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and facilitate external audits

• Prepare and analyze financial statements

• Conduct Account and Balance Sheet Reconciliations

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Oversee CAM reconciliations.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is a must for the role of Sr. Accountant.

• Capability to perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation is required.

• Experience in conducting Bank Reconciliations is essential.

• Familiarity with General Ledger operations is expected.

• Skill in creating and managing Journal Entries is necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial tasks and data management is required.

• Must have experience in handling Month End Close procedures.
