Robert Half Sr. Director of Revenue in Houston, Texas
Description Reporting to the CAO, the Senior Director of Revenue will be responsible for data analysis and the development of revenue strategies. Will also be responsible for system reporting tools and accurate forecasting to maximize total revenue and profitability.
A Day in the Life of the Senior Director, Revenue - About the role:
Manage the month-end and quarter-end revenue close for worldwide revenue.
Manage and develop a high performing team.
Develop and enhance processes and internal controls related to revenue.
Review sales orders to ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards.
Administer and streamline use of Workday modules for customer contracts, revenue recognition and invoicing.
Develop and publish revenue and backlog forecasts for planning and business performance.
Partner with Deal Desk to provide input on deal structuring.
Proactively collaborate with auditors on non-standard transactions, new offerings, and other key items as needed.
Develop key reports for executive management.
Perform special projects at request of management.
Optimize and automate the order-to-cash process.
Develop accounting policies
Required Qualifications - About You
