We are offering an opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in the telecom industry, located in Houston, Texas. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and foster collaboration within project teams

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay within financial constraints

• Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders

• Analyze data and provide sound recommendations based on policy, procedure, practice, and existing regulations

• Anticipate and address project challenges

• Utilize project management principles, methodologies (such as Agile and Waterfall), and best practices

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks

• Manage and align stakeholder expectations and requirements

• Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems or processes

• Utilize skills in budgeting, financial management, and time management

• Apply technical skills to solve problems and make decisions

• Use project management tools such as Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and Database

• Apply knowledge in EO/IR systems, About Time, AB Testing, Budget Processes, and Deliverable Design.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Manager or Sr. Consultant role

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Knowledge of Database systems

• Understanding of EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in About Time software

• Experience with AB Testing

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Ability to create and manage project Deliverables

• Strong Design skills

• Proven track record in Project Management
