Description

We are looking for an experienced University Recruiter to join our client's team on a long-term contract basis in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for planning for and attending recruiting events at multiple Universities and educational facilities around the Houston area, as well as other Texas cities, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. Responsibilities:

• Identify current and prospective hiring targets for University and Technical College recruitment program

• Determine requirements for campus recruiting, including identifying targeted campuses and military bases

• Develop and implement strategies for on-base and campus recruitment efforts

• Coordinate domestic recruiting teams and identify their roles

• Manage candidate systems tracking and distribution

• Coordinate recruitment efforts to deliver top quality new grad and intern candidates aligned with University targets

• Maintain historical records of new grads, interns, and co-ops and produce metrics reports

• Develop university relations to promote on-campus presence

• Plan and manage summer intern program and all associated activities

• Ensure compliance with Affirmative Action plans related to staffing role

Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Demonstrable communication and leadership skills.

• Experience in Marketing and Networking.

• Proven ability in Planning, Policy-making, and Quality Assurance.

• Strong experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration.

• Knowledge of Hiring Processes and Onboarding.

• Experience in Expense Reporting and Metric Reporting.

• Knowledge of Staffing and Stakeholder Management.

• Proficient in making Presentations.

• Familiarity with the software "About Time".

• Ability to travel as required by the role.

• Understanding of Financial Notes and Quarterly Reporting.

• Experience in HR Liaison activities.
