Job Description:
Position Overview:
As a SQL Developer - Data Integration and Reporting Specialist at our client, you will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various internal systems of our clients into our new system. You will work closely with our clients to understand their data requirements and create efficient SQL scripts and PowerBI reports to ensure seamless integration and reporting. This role requires strong technical skills, a deep understanding of SQL, data analysis, and a knack for developing insightful visualizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather data integration requirements and define data mapping strategies.
Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL scripts to extract, transform, and load data from source systems to our new system.
Create and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of integrated data.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful data integration and reporting.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in SQL and PowerBI to continually improve data integration processes.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a SQL Developer or Data Integration Specialist.
Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).
Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Hands-on experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
