Director of Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy:
Develop and implement HR policies and systems aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with labor laws across multiple states.
Leadership & M& A:
Partner with senior leadership on mergers and acquisitions, leading HR integration.
Provide strategic HR guidance to drive growth and employee engagement.
Team Development:
Mentor and develop HR team members for future leadership roles.
Foster an inclusive, supportive work environment.
Talent & Culture:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Drive engagement initiatives to support a positive workplace culture.
Compensation & Relations:
Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Promote employee satisfaction through effective relations strategies.

Requirements
What You Bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
7-10+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in leadership roles and hands-on HR management.
Significant experience with mergers and acquisitions, including HR due diligence and integration.
Proven ability to mentor and develop HR staff, particularly in a small to mid-sized company.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices across multiple states.
Experience with recruitment and retention strategies
