Description
Robert Half is currently seeking an experienced, proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist for one of our top clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making B2B collection calls, applying cash, and maintaining records of all transactions. As the Accounts Receivable specialist, you will play an integral role in ensuring customer satisfaction and company's cash flow remain consistent and predictable.
Responsibilities:
Conducting business-to-business collection calls
Prompt and accurate application of cash receipts
Keeping detailed records of all transactions
Resolving any issues and discrepancies with customers
Ensuring all invoices and financial records are accurate
Collaborating with other departments such as sales or customer service
Reporting to management about the status of accounts
Using SAP to manage accounts and generate various reports
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable
Strong experience using SAP software
Proficient in making B2B collection calls
Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
