Robert Half has a great opportunity for an Accounting/Admin Assistant in Huntsville, AL. As the Accounting/Admin Assistant you will be responsible for data entry, posting transactions in QuickBooks and assisting with other clerical duties. This Accounting/Admin Assistant is a contract to full-time position with a growing mortgage company in the area.
• Downloading data from the server
• Uploading and scanning files
• Correcting errors from the data uploaded into company software
• Post data
