Description We are seeking an AP/AR Clerk to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in handling both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. This role is crucial in maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Utilize accounting software systems and ERP solutions to maintain and track records
• Perform cycle counts to ensure adequate inventory
• Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks
• Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure accurate tracking of manufactured products
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Assist in production control to ensure efficient operations.

• Familiarity with ERP Solutions
• Understanding and experience with Accounting Functions
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Cycle Count and ability to Perform Cycle Count
• Experience handling Purchase Orders
• Familiarity with Manufactured Products and Manufacturing processes
• Experience working in a Manufacturing Company
