Robert Half Operations Processor in Hyde Park, Massachusetts

Description There is a need for an ambitious and results-oriented Operations Processor that is available to start immediately. Apply via Robert Half. This long-term contract / temporary to hire employment opportunity is based in the Hyde Park, Massachusetts area. The Operations Processor is paramount to booking loans into the banking platform system and processing all essential items required for commercial and consumer day-to-day loan processing. Are you detail-oriented and deadline-driven? Do you have enjoy working with lending or commercial and/or consumer loan operations? If so, then this is the Operations Processor role for you.

Key responsibilities

  • Categories, arranges, and files documents to ensure information is accessible

  • Advances payments, advances and payoffs

  • Familiarize oneself with numerous loan programs and corresponding computer system codes

  • Organizes department-specific spreadsheets, reports and reviews monthly scrub reports

  • Certify new loans, loan renewals, extensions and modifications into database

  • Finalizes reports, monthly payments and accrual adjustments

  • Prioritizes client confidence by keeping mortgage loan information confidential

  • Fills in codes, status dates and loan information for reporting on a per case basis

  • See to payment corrections and improve billing statements

  • Adjusts payoff letters and department invoices

  • Finalizes and returns verification of mortgage requests

  • Categorizes outgoing wires and cashier's checks

  • Survey email, voice mail and other communication and respond properly

  • Retains status and information within processing software system Requirements - 1 year mortgage experience is required for this position

  • Prowess with word processing and spreadsheets highly sought after

    • Well versed in financial institution platforms
  • At least 2 years' experience with lending or commercial and/or consumer loan operations

  • Knowledge of Purchase Orders

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain Logistics
