Robert Half Benefits Administrator in Independence, Ohio

Description We are searching for a Benefits Administrator to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This role involves overseeing employee benefits programs, handling inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulations. As a Benefits Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and troubleshooting benefits issues, as well as maintaining accurate records. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities: • Manage and troubleshoot employee benefits issues, including login problems • Oversee open enrollment procedures to ensure smooth and efficient processes • Monitor and audit benefits administration to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations • Utilize software such as Microsoft Office and PlanSource for efficient management of benefits administration • Handle benefits-related communication, ensuring clear and accurate information is provided • Use your proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Cisco Webex Meetings to enhance benefits administration processes • Leverage your skills in CRM, Auditing, Benefit Functions, Claim Administration, and Cobra Administration to effectively manage benefits programs • Utilize your strong communication skills to liaise with various departments and resolve any issues promptly • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all benefits-related data • Use your multitasking abilities to manage multiple benefits programs simultaneously. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Experience with Ceridian and Cisco Webex Meetings

• Familiarity with CRM software

• Strong auditing skills and understanding of benefit functions

• Experience in claim administration and COBRA administration

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of state and federal benefit regulations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Demonstrated customer service skills

• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
