Robert Half Director of Communications & Public Relations in INDEPENDENCE, Ohio
Robert Half's Marketing and Creative team is working with a Cleveland-based company on a 4-6 month contract. The ideal candidate is available up to 30 hours per week and has 5+ years experience working as a Communications Manager or related role. This is a partially onsite project, and could get started ASAP.
Plan and create communications to the general membership audience
Prepare media kits, brochures, flyers, and other association publications as necessary
Serve as managing editor of the association newsletter by writing, obtaining, and editing articles
Prepare news release and maintain an effective liaison and positive communications with all local news media
Oversees the content and maintenance of the association’s web site
Requirements - Strong writing, editing and design skills
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite and Sprout)
4+ years relevant experience in marketing, PR, events or sales
BA degree in marketing, communications or related field
Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines
