Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity in Independence, OH for a Marketing & Sales Leader with a client in the financial industry. This role is pivotal in enhancing our client's competitive position within the markets we serve, developing objectives, policies, and programs for marketing, promotions, and public relations activities. This role also involves planning, directing, and coordinating the efforts of marketing and sales towards the accomplishment of overall objectives. This role is direct hire and fully onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing, promotions, and public relations activities to improve our competitive position within the market

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the efforts of marketing and sales teams towards the achievement of overall objectives

• Utilize skills in CRM and Database management to maintain and improve customer relationships and data accuracy

• Leverage expertise in Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to drive digital advertising and brand awareness campaigns

• Advise on business decisions based on market research and insights to drive business development

• Utilize skills in credit analysis to understand and cater to the needs of our customers in the banking sector

• Manage digital collateral and sales collateral to support marketing and sales efforts

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including direct marketing campaigns

• Utilize skills in product development to enhance our offerings based on market trends and customer needs

• Ensure exceptional customer service in all interactions and transactions with customers

• Apply skills in B2B and B2C marketing, as well as channel and community marketing, to reach a wide range of customers

• Use creative writing skills to create compelling marketing content and promotional materials.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role.

• Proficiency in CRM and Database management.

• Experience with EO/IR systems is desired.

• Proficient in Facebook Insights and Google Analytics.

• Experience in creating and managing Advertisements for brand awareness.

• Proven skills in Campaign Planning and execution.

• Design and Digital skills are required.

• Must have experience in Advertising management and Digital Advertising.

• Prior experience in Public Relations is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Banking Credit Analysis, Corporate Credit, and Credit - Commercial and Consumer is beneficial.

• Experience in Federal Credit Union operations is a plus.

• Understanding of Collateral Management, Digital Collateral, and Sales Collateral is desired.

• Knowledge of Consumer Loans, Conventional Loans, and Loans - Consumer is advantageous.

• Experience in Direct Marketing Campaigns and Integrated Marketing Campaigns is necessary.

• Proven skills in Product Development and Customer Service.

• Proficient in Market Research techniques.

• Ability to make strategic Business Decisions and engage in Business Development.

• Strong Business Development Skills are required.

• Experience in B2B Marketing and B2C Marketing is desired.

• Knowledge of Channel Marketing and Community marketing is advantageous.
