Robert Half International Administrative Coordinator in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana
We currently are looking for a results-oriented Administrative Coordinator to assist multiple colleagues in the financial and insurance industry, who is deeply passionate about growing their career. In this Administrative Coordinator role, you will perform various administrative and office support duties related to customer and team member support. This is a long-term position with a growing organization on the Northside of Indianapolis. There is potential for some work-from-home opportunity as it makes sense to the organization.
Some of the things you'll do every day:
Assisting the team with application completion
Gathering information and providing timely reports
Calendar management and appointment setting
File and presentation prep
Filing, faxing, scanning of documents as requested
Additional support on projects as needed

Strong attention to detail is required to thrive in this position
Ability to work as part of a team, but also able to work independently with little supervision
Motivation to complete work tasks efficiently and effectively
Experience working within Microsoft Office, including intermediate work within Excel
Experience working with Dynamics CRM is preferred
Experience or education in the financial industry preferred but not required
Life and health insurance licensure strong preferred, or the commitment to get this within 6 months of starting this role
