The Protiviti Americas Delivery Center (located in the US Midwest) is seeking a Site Lead to join our growing team. Embracing Protiviti’s vision of “Bringing Confidence to a Dynamic World,” Americas Delivery Center provides cost-effective, tech-enabled, and standardized services at scale, to drive efficiency into our service delivery processes in support of our global clients.


As the Site Lead of the Protiviti ADC, you will oversee a team of professionals working to deliver service excellence for our clients around the globe. On a typical day, our delivery center staff will collaborate and execute tasks for the project assigned to them in support of Protiviti’s Solution offerings – Technology, Risk and Compliance, Internal Audit & Financial Advisory, and Business Performance Improvement. The site capabilities may include research, analysis, development, maintenance, testing, validation, reporting, and other activities based on client needs.

As the ADC Site Lead, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the site, including financial performance, quality of deliverables, efficiency of teams, and people development. You will oversee the ADC Competency Leads directly and the ADC Pod Leads indirectly and will collaborate with leaders from Solution and Account Management teams.


  • Developing and sustaining a viable business operation that provides strategically aligned, high quality, efficient services to all Protiviti Solutions.

  • Designing and implementing the business strategy for the ADC, aligned to the firm’s ADC strategy.

  • Defining and deploying measurement and monitoring processes for KPIs.

  • Collaborating with the Finance and Executive Sponsor to approve and monitor the ADC budget.

  • Collaborating with the Recruiting team to identify, onboard, and retain high quality talent.

  • Collaborating with the Operations team to plan for the ADC’s infrastructure, maintenance, and services.

  • contributing towards ADC technology (toolkit) strategy.

  • Establishing efficient communication processes.

  • Collaborating with the Competency and Pod Leads to ensure quality delivery and to resolve any internal or stakeholder matters.

  • Active interaction and discussion with Account/Engagement leadership.

  • Enhancing client satisfaction through project delivery.

  • Evaluating and ensuring employee satisfaction in the ADC.

  • Reviewing and monitoring Process Improvement related activities.

  • Managing ADC exposure to business risks, ensuring that Risk Management Plans are in place, and communicating the plans to all ADC personnel.

  • Collaborating with Protiviti Risk Management and Quality Assurance Teams to help identify and mitigate ADC risks.

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Operations or Business-Related field) required.

  • 12+ years working in consulting, advisory, assurance services, or related field, either in professional services or industry.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a large team of professionals, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in delivery, in a professional services delivery center or shared services center setting.

  • Well versed in M365 applications with emphasis on Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and collaboration and productivity tools.

  • Familiarity with technologies such as workflow, automation, and analytics.
