Your responsibilities in this role
Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts
Be responsible for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Examine payments received and record deposits
Appease accounts by balancing entries
Manage and review general ledger
Uphold quality historical records by filing documents
Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information Requirements - BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
Prior experience working with collections/accounting software
Accounts Receivable (AR) experience preferred
Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
