Robert Half Direct is seeking a full-time remote Chief Financial Officer for an Accounting firm. The CFO will participate and collaborate with clients on all financial aspects of their business. You will identify and regularly review the key drivers of the business to gain a better understanding of the company and to offer insights on improvements. The CFO will also maintain the financial forecast that aligns with the strategy of the business, industry benchmarking, team compensation planning, and managing lending relationships.

CPA license with at least 6 years of experience
Proficient with QuickBooks and advanced knowledge in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills
Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations
Experience with FreshBooks, and Xero is a plus
Business (and personal) tax experience a plus
Two mandatory company retreats per year
Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines
