Description
Position Overview: As a Compliance Analyst III, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the organization’s adherence to regulatory requirements. This role requires a proactive approach to researching industry regulations, analyzing policies, and developing compliance strategies that keep the company ahead of industry changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research on industry compliance regulations and policies.
Evaluate internal operations and procedures for compliance adherence.
Analyze and update existing compliance policies and documentation.
Communicate compliance guidelines and requirements to management and relevant departments.
Develop and implement new compliance policies and procedures as necessary.
Manage and oversee applications for compliance certifications and regulatory approvals.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive compliance recordkeeping system.
Train employees on industry compliance standards and practices.
Maintain active communication with regulatory bodies and track the status of applications.
Monitor and adapt to changes in compliance requirements and regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Compliance management certification is preferred.
Proficiency with compliance management software.
Advanced analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5-7 years of relevant experience in a compliance role.
Auditing Experience, leading audits. (regulated Medical or clinical trial background preferred, will consider other regulated fields auditing experience)
Good time management skills.
