The Robert Half Healthcare Practice has partnered with a well-known healthcare company in the Indianapolis, Indiana to secure a full-time CSR Training Specialist! We're thrilled to partner with this established firm to secure their newest staff member!
As a Training Specialist, you will plan, organize, and direct initial and ongoing training activities of operational teams to ensure that company and departmental strategic goals and objectives are met.
Duration: Contract through January 2023, with the opportunity to be hired on permanently!
Pay: $20-30/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
- Once the CSR class is up and running that you are training, you will have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule or fully remote!
Conduct employee training programs for RLHICA Operations and Sales.
Develop training materials using ADDIE and other instructional design principles.
May also develop, coordinate, and conduct employee training programs for operational teams.
Develops, organizes, updates, and implements changes to departmental procedure manuals.
Documents and analyzes training data, program effectiveness, and employee progress.
Identifies patterns of poor performance and/or learning gaps and works with employees to achieve training goals.
Develops and implements educational solutions using instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Coaches employees on in class performance and participates in the disciplinary process for new hires in training.
Responsible for administering, grading, and documenting all testing within the training class.

Position requires a bachelor’s degree and/or 3-5 years of training experience in a combination of adult learning, computer based training, or technical training in a corporate setting.
1-2 years technical writing experience.
Position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred 1-3 years related work experience in an insurance or health environment with a minimum of one year of leadership experience preferred.
Preferred knowledge of life and health insurance products as well as dental insurance and dental terminology; effective verbal and written communication skills; organizational skills.
Knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing and presentation software; and ability to resolve problems and use independent judgment.
Position works with minimal supervision, consults with management, deals with moderately complex problems, and has some latitude for independent judgment.
