Robert Half Healthcare has an exciting opportunity with a fast growing Healthcare organization on NW Side of Indianapolis, IN for multiple Insurance Authorization Specialists. The chosen Insurance Authorization Specialist will be considered on a Contract to Hire basis and would start immediately!
Hours: Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm or 7:30am - 4:30pm (No weekends or evenings)
Helps perform eligibility checks for ongoing patients
Enter information accurately and timely
Print out and assemble documents and fax to appropriate persons
Contact physician offices via fax and/or phone
Contact insurance offices via fax and/or phone to obtain authorization
Monitor all tasks using workflow software and meet the deadlines associated with tasks
Maintain great customer service
Attend weekly meetings and training as requested
