Robert Half Healthcare Practice has partnered with a well-known Healthcare company to secure a full-time Insurance Verification Coordinator in downtown Indianapolis. We are thrilled to partner with this established firm to secure their newest staff member!
Your duties will include:
Responds to patient inquiries via telephone and email.
Determines the best method for problem resolution meeting patient needs and organizational guidelines.
Coordinates issue resolutions with other departments as necessary. Gathers patient personal and billing information for database entry and scheduling.
Loads insurance into EMR system.
Volume – 10 authorizations per day.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8a-4:30p

•High School Diploma/GED required.
•3-5 years of customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding required.
• Ability to type 30+ words per minute.
• Requires working knowledge of computers.
