Robert Half Network Architect in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana

Description Ability to communicate the benefits of architectural approaches simply and clearly to break down silos and find common solutions across an enterprise. Adept at representing complex ideas with simple visuals or white board sessions. Lead business and technology programs, projects, workshops and initiatives. Inspire confidence and garner respect from business and technology stakeholders. Understand, research and adapt to business, system, data and technical architecture to influence long term strategic planning.

Interface at all levels of customer hierarchy including key stakeholders and internal businesses units to support program requirements, timelines and strategic initiatives.

Proven communication, analytical, leadership, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Expertise in cloud computing, systems architecture, strategy development and enterprise solution.

Proficiency in use of an Enterprise Architecture framework (such as TOGAF) and development of enterprise architecture plans, visualizations, proposals and data analysis.

Experience with SQL, data sourcing, enterprise data management, modeling, business strategy, auditing and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for integrating the overarching business goals of a client in regard to their IT systems.

Collaborate with leaders across departments in an organization to understand and make recommendations on needs and objectives to drive business outcomes.

Be a visionary with excellent problem-solving skills to think through big-picture strategies.

Possess excellent communication skills to explain how designs will increase efficiency and delivery on business objectives.

Act as the technology expert and advising solutions teams on the possibilities and limitations of architecture that aligns with business strategy.

Create effective presentations that communicate the value of proposed solutions to leadership and clients.

Research, evaluate, and recommend current and emerging tools, techniques, and technologies as related to workstation and device management.

Experience:

Minimum of eight (8) years of extensive technical experience in enterprise systems and cloud architecture. Expert level designing, implementing, operating and troubleshooting related specialty. Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred. Achievement of master certification in specialization such as Azure Cloud Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Reed Hat Certified Architect, CISSP, TOGAF 9, etc. Requirements Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Cloud Computing
