Description We are on the lookout for an Operations Processor to join our team located in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries as part of their daily duties. This role is in the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth interactions between the sales, manufacturing, and shipping departments.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers and provide updates about their orders and any changes or concerns.

• Work closely with the production staff to ensure on-time customer deliveries.

• Manage multiple accounts of small to medium customers with high complexity.

• Enter and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.

• Place orders for purchases of materials and supplies to be used in production.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer credit records.

• Process purchase orders, coordinate account credits, and maintain customer data.

• Utilize various software systems such as CRM and ERP for data processing and account management.

• Perform accounting functions and auditing as required.

• Participate in budget processes and check processing. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Proficient in CRM

• Experience in Data Processing

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Experience with About Time software

• Capable of performing Accounting Functions

• Experience in Auditing

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Skilled in Check Processing
