Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Liaison Administrator to join this growing team in Indianapolis, IN. You will play a vital role in supporting our financial advisors by providing exceptional administrative and client service support. Apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.

  • Assist advisors with account opening, management, and closure processes. Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information within the CRM system.

  • Prepare meeting materials and agendas for client meetings, ensuring advisors have everything they need for successful client interactions.

  • Assist with the client onboarding process, including collecting necessary documentation, verifying client information, and ensuring a smooth start to the financial planning experience.

  • Maintain accurate client records and financial data in the firm's CRM system.

  • Assist with ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal compliance procedures.

  • Provide administrative support for various financial planning projects as assigned by the advisors.

  • Perform general office tasks such as copying, scanning, document preparation, and filing.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a financial services or related environment.

  • Series 7 and Series 63 licenses preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Working knowledge of financial terminology a plus.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding client information.

  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.

  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
