Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for clients according to professional standards and requirements.

  • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary data and information for audit engagements.

  • Assist in planning audit engagements, including identifying risks, developing audit programs, and setting timelines.

  • Lead fieldwork activities, manage performance, and keep engagement leaders informed of progress and issues.

  • Document higher-risk areas and perform detailed analysis to ensure the accuracy and fairness of financial statements.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client personnel, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness.

  • Stay updated on current market trends, accounting standards, and audit techniques to enhance technical and business skills.

  • Share knowledge and mentor junior colleagues to support their professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification or CPA Candidate.

  • 2+ years of experience with a focus on audit engagements.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
