Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for clients according to professional standards and requirements.
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary data and information for audit engagements.
Assist in planning audit engagements, including identifying risks, developing audit programs, and setting timelines.
Lead fieldwork activities, manage performance, and keep engagement leaders informed of progress and issues.
Document higher-risk areas and perform detailed analysis to ensure the accuracy and fairness of financial statements.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with client personnel, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness.
Stay updated on current market trends, accounting standards, and audit techniques to enhance technical and business skills.
Share knowledge and mentor junior colleagues to support their professional development.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification or CPA Candidate.
2+ years of experience with a focus on audit engagements.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
