Description We are offering a role in the retail industry, specifically in clothes and accessories, located in Inglewood, California. The job function is a Customer Service Representative, providing a crucial link between the company and its customers. This position offers a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

• Handling order entries accurately and efficiently

• Responding to customer queries and concerns through email correspondence

• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers

• Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Using customer feedback to improve our service and products

• Ensuring all customer interactions are recorded and updated as necessary

• Working within company guidelines and policies to maintain our service standards

• Managing any customer complaints or issues, escalating where necessary. Requirements • Prior experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in managing email correspondence

• Familiarity with order entry systems

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• High level of patience and professionalism when dealing with challenging situations

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Familiarity with retail industry, particularly clothes and accessories

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent.
