My client, an Inglewood entertainment based firm is looking for a Project Manager to join their PMO team. The Project Manager position is hybrid 3 days a week on-site and 2 days remote. Ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the media industry as a Project Manager and have some in PMO. The tasks for the Project Manager position includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to go over tasks on the live streaming projects, setting goals on live streaming projects, and communicating with vendors on business requirements. This is a great opportunity to work for one of the top media companies in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee multiple projects using Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, and Cloud Technologies.
• Implement and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Utilize 'About Time' and 'AB Testing' skills to ensure project deadlines are met and results are accurate.
• Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to facilitate project processes and communications.
• Oversee and manage budget processes to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.
• Drive change management initiatives in line with project goals and business needs.
• Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve project issues.
• Continually assess project performance and implement necessary improvements.
