Robert Half Marketing Coordinator: II (Intermediate) in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator in the agribusiness industry, at our location in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting with residual products sales contracts, sales orders processing, and department account payables and receivables.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and distribution of all contract-related documents, maintaining a keen eye for detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.

• Handle sales orders for residual products, ensuring timely execution.

• Collaborate with various departments for new customers and maintain existing customer account information.

• Address and respond to all contract-related inquiries, providing quality customer service.

• Manage departmental mail, ensuring retrieval and distribution on a daily basis.

• Process monthly payments to customers for negative netback products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Investigate and resolve any accounts payable issues for the department and the asphalt terminals.

• Collect and review all necessary documentation to invoice shipments, including refinery rail and truck shipments, and asphalt terminal truck shipments.

• Respond to emails sent to the department email inbox in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

• Answer the Residual Marketing main phone line and address any questions or respond to issues promptly.

• Provide information to operations as requested, promoting smooth communication and operations.

• Cross-train to provide coverage for other contract administrative duties across the Refinery Supply team. Requirements • Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales.

• Familiarity with Office Functions and Documentation processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites.

• Experience in Marketing, including strategy development and implementation.

• Previous responsibility for Training and Operations within a team or department.

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including Compliance, Invoice, and Payment Processing.

• Experience in Contracts and Contract Administration.

• Ability to handle Inbound and Outbound Calls professionally.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, and other communication tools.

• Experience with Shipping Functions within a business environment.

• Understanding of Credit systems and related financial operations.

• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to Answer customer queries effectively and efficiently.

• Experience in making Adjustments to Customer Accounts as necessary.

• Proficiency in Debit Credit operations within a financial or business setting.
