Responsibilities:

• Manage office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.

• Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.

• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, forms, reports, and other documentation.

• Assist with managing office budgets, expenses, and invoices.

• Maintain a robust filing system for critical company documents.

• Handle incoming and outgoing office communications, including emails, phone calls, and packages.

• Attend meetings, take clear and concise minutes, and distribute them accordingly.

• Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

• Utilize software, databases, and tools effectively.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls

• Strong customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role

• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently

• Competency in Data Entry with attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally

• Strong typing skills and proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
