We are inviting applications for a Digital Designer with a focus on social content creation. This role is based in Irvine, California, and provides a contract to hire employment opportunity. Must be local to Irvine. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing multimedia content including graphics, templates, flyers, and more while ensuring adherence to brand standards. Collaboration with team members, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva are integral to this role.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing multimedia content such as graphics, editable templates, flyers, and more

• Ensure all deliverables comply with brand standards, are delivered on schedule, and of superior quality

• Collaborate effectively with other team members including graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing managers

• Use Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create various team assets including learning materials and presentations

• Exhibit a strong eye for typography, visual hierarchy, and composition

• Work efficiently under tight deadlines and maintain strong attention to detail

• Possess basic copywriting and copyediting skills

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills

• Use Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva proficiently

• Create advertisements, brochures, and social media graphics that enhance brand awareness.

Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop is required.

• Demonstrable experience in creating digital designs for various platforms such as advertisements, brochures, and social media graphics.

• Proficient in using Canva to create engaging designs for various digital platforms.

• Strong understanding of brand awareness and the ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visual designs.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• Strong creative skills to develop innovative and visually appealing designs.

• Knowledge of current digital design trends and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

• A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity. Innovation starts with people.®
