Description
Our client, a well-known leader in dental care is currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Contracts Manager/Project Manager to join their dynamic team remotely. This is a unique opportunity to significantly contribute to our client's strategy, managing contracts and projects across their enterprise.
Role & Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms with suppliers, partners, and customers.
Maintain and manage contract documents, amendments, and renewals.
Provide comprehensive project management, coordinating the execution of projects from beginning to end.
Ensure that contracts and projects are completed on time and within budget.
Facilitate team meetings and communicate effectively regarding project status, deliverables, and timelines.
Support the legal department in compliance-related issues and due diligence.
Requirements
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in contracts management and project management, major plus if in healthcare industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven expertise in project management tools.
Strong preference for California-based candidates, or candidates who can work in PST.
