Description
We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Digital Operations Specialist/Traffic Manager based in Irvine, California. This role will be centered around project coordination, specifically for eblasts through a project management system. The role will involve significant data entry, proofreading, and project traffic management.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage multiple eblast projects simultaneously.
• Handle a high volume of work while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Conduct data entry tasks as part of daily duties.
• Proofread all project related content ensuring its accuracy.
• Manage project traffic efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
• Leverage project management system experience, if any, for efficient task management.
• Apply relevant experience from advertising or marketing industry context.
Requirements
EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Three plus years experience in marketing or advertising environment
· High school diploma or GED required; bachelor of arts degree preferred
· Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint on a MacIntosh platform
· Related work experience preferred in the marketing/advertising or homebuilding industries
· Adept at data entry
