Description

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an FP& A Manager at our client that is 100% remote. This organization is thriving and expanding. As an FP& A Manager, you will play a crucial role in the management of financial planning and analysis operations.

Responsibilities:

• Establish a robust and efficient monthly forecasting process in alignment with the business's operational plans

• Actively participate in rebuilding the operating model to ensure financial stability and growth

• Oversee and manage budget processes, including approvals and modifications, to ensure financial efficiency

• Develop and maintain the annual budget, ensuring it aligns with the company's financial goals and objectives

• Work collaboratively with the interim Controller and other team members to achieve financial targets

• Monitor and report on any significant financial variances and trends to help guide strategic decision-making

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to facilitate informed decision-making within the business

• Implement financial forecasting tools and methodologies to predict future budget needs

• Continually assess and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy

• Respond to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.

Requirements • Must have proficient knowledge of Annual Budget planning and execution.

• Demonstrated experience in managing Budget Processes is required.

• Should have expertise in Forecasting financial trends and outcomes.

• Experience in formulating and implementing Operational Plans is essential.
