Description HRIS Manager Location: Los Angeles – onsite 100% (firm / no exceptions - in office M-F)

A client of Robert Half is seeking to permanent a permanent HRIS Manager to be a technical point-of-contact for information systems supporting HR. This role will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s HRIS systems and tools, which includes off-the-shelf technology and internally developed systems. This role will be responsible for integrations, workflows, configurations, and testing for all systems and work under the direction of the HR Director concerning vision, goals, and objectives. This role will be responsible for overseeing and delegating work to a team of HRIS professionals, as well as contracted resources. This key leadership role resides in the HR department and will lead strategy for HR technology and systems, and collaborate closely with external and internal partners including IT, Finance, Payroll all initiatives. Finally, this role will be responsible for HRIS Functional Management, Vendor Management, System Maintenance, System Maintenance, People Analytics, Project and Process Improvement, Technology Trends and User Support. Requirements Qualifications Requires five to seven 5+ years in HRIS or HRIT techno/functional implementation and production support experience, including managing Oracle Cloud HCM, including modules for Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Help Desk, Talent Management, Journeys, etc. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, call ticketing systems, and others are preferred Demonstrated knowledge of HR information systems, methods, and practices. Knowledge and demonstrated skill in data and database management methods and practices and experience working with HCM reports including OTBI, BIP, and FAW Technical knowledge, including Fast Formula, SQL, Oracle HCM Cloud Security design, and HDL Successful delivery of 1+ Oracle Fusion, EBS, Peoplesoft, Workday implementation 1-2 years of HRIS supervisory or managerial experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, computer science or related functions. Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred PMI certification preferred Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
