In House Litigation Attorney Opportunity: Orange County
Salary: up to $185,000 + quarterly bonuses
Role Details:
Litigation Focus: Handle all state court litigation, primarily breach of contract cases, within our jurisdiction clause for state and federal courts in Southern California.
High Volume, Fast-Paced Environment: Manage a substantial volume of cases from complaints to trial. This includes drafting motions, arguing motions, trial preparation, and trial.
Court Appearances: Most appearances are conducted via Zoom, with in-person attendance required for Mandatory Settlement Conferences (MSC) and trials in Orange County courts.
Work Hours: 8.5 hours per day, inclusive of administrative tasks and internal meetings. Time tracking is enforced to manage attorney fees and costs, ensuring balanced workloads.
Software Proficiency: Proficient use of Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe is essential. Training will be provided for other necessary software.
Hybrid Plans:
For the first 90 days, the role requires 100% onsite presence to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
After the initial 90-day period, enjoy a flexible work arrangement with 2-3 remote days per week, though the entire team is onsite every Monday.
Benefits:

When they kick in: After 60 days
Vacation/sick days/holidays: 2 weeks of vacation, 10+ bank holidays, 40 hours of sick time
Bonus:
Up to 10% of salary, payable quarterly (managers discretion)
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Licensed in California
Minimum of 4 years of civil litigation experience
