Robert Half Insurance Verification Specialist in IRVINE, California


A busy medical clinic is in need of a Front Desk Coordinator/Insurance Verification Specialist to work onsite in their Irvine office. As you will be up at the front desk you must have excellent customer service experience and a calm demeanor to interact with patients on a daily basis. Main day to day duties are:

-Check patients in/out

-Obtain patient demographics

-Answer phones and schedule appointments

-Verify Insurance eligibility

-Collect co-pays

Must have at least 2+ years of previous experience working at a front desk in a medical setting along with knowledge of insurance verification


medical terminology, insurance verification, HMP, PPO
