Growing boutique law firm specializing in plaintiff employment law is seeking an attorney with two years of litigation experience to join their team in Orange County. They are a team of passionate and experienced attorneys who are dedicated to fighting for the rights of workers. This firm is offering the litigation attorney mentorship! Responsibilities:

• Represent employees in a variety of employment law matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials

• Negotiate settlements and trial verdicts

• Provide client counseling and support

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

• Bar admission in California

• 2+ years of experience practicing plaintiff employment law

• Strong legal research and writing skills

• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills

• Commitment to providing high-quality legal services to client
