Established, long standing firm seeking Litigation Paralegal for Probate & Trust Litigation practice group
The Paralegal will handle:
client calls
sorting and logging mail
filing with probate courts
Preparation and filing of court pleadings, Judicial Council forms, inventories and asset transfer documents
Preparation and filing of petitions
The Paralegal will work 2 other assistants and paralegal (one has been with the firm for 30 years!).

Requirements
2+ years of litigation practice area experience
ability to bill time under California
