Position Overview:
As a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of implementing data-driven initiatives aimed at delivering strategic value within healthcare organizations. Working under the guidance of experienced leaders, you'll utilize your analytical prowess to develop metrics, measure performance, and translate complex data into actionable insights. This role offers the opportunity to hone your skills in project management, process improvement, and organizational change, ultimately influencing operational efficiency and strategic goal achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute quantitative analyses to drive informed decision-making and performance improvement.
Independently conduct thorough data analysis, identifying risks and developing action plans for data integrity.
Stay abreast of industry trends through external/internal research, contributing fresh perspectives to projects.
Craft compelling executive-level presentations that articulate data-driven narratives.
Lead process optimization efforts using Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Apply quality management tools to enhance patient and caregiver experiences.
Present findings to project leadership, shaping impactful initiatives for performance improvement.
Monitor key performance indicators, generating actionable insights for continuous enhancement.
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare data analytics.
Proficiency with PowerBI and advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
Epic data analysis experience is advantageous but not essential.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Must be within a one-hour drive of Irvine, with occasional onsite requirements.
