Trust Litigation Attorney in Irvine
Our repat client is seeking a trust litigation attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of litigation experience, including some experience in probate and trust litigation. The attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload of trust litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and negotiating settlements. The attorney will also be responsible for managing support staff, including paralegals and attorneys.
The firm has low billable hours at 100/month!
$200,000 base salary target
Bonus: monthly bonuses based on billables
$10k-$20k/year depending on attorney candidate
Requirements
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
California State Bar license
At least 5 years of litigation experience, including experience in probate and trust litigation
Prior supervisory experience in some capacity
