Description
Our Irving, TX based client has an immediate need for a Controller on a contract basis.
This position will a 3+ month contract requiring the Controller to report onsite in Irving 5 days a week. This position has the potential to be contract to hire.
Controller
Manage and run accounting functions of the company.
Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
Prepares budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.
Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
GAAP and income tax research as needed.
P& L reporting, Reconciliations, Cost Accounting
Requirements
NetSuite experience is a must have.
Shopify, Salesforce, Inventory management system experience is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as Sr. Manager/controller.
Accounting Degree and CPA license.
