This Customer Service Representative position is based in the Irving, Texas region and is a short-term contract / contract / temporary to permanent employment opportunity. Your responsibilities

  • Receive and place telephone calls

  • May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Field and send written business correspondence

  • Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Experience with Purchase Orders

  • Expertise in Dispatching

  • Solid understanding of customer service

  • Foundational knowledge in order entry

  • Deep understanding of data entry

  • Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required

  • Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

    • Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills
